SOLUTIONS gives Blanchet a fresh look
Get ready for spring! The renowned wine brand Blanchet welcomes the loveliest time of the year with new varieties and a new and updated design by SOLUTIONS.

Following the takeover of Blanchet by Rotkäppchen-Mumm Sektkellereien (sparkling wine cellars), a new bottle design was needed to optimise the information hierarchy without changing the essential visual elements of the brand.

“Our main task was to strengthen the Blanchet brand”, explains Jannika Waltz, SOLUTIONS Creative Director and head of this project. “We needed to strengthen the brand impact of the lettering at the POS. For this, we developed a high quality, very distinctive brand identity, clearly distinguishing between grape varieties and with precise branding for a successful product.”

The well-arranged layout of all product specifics and the highlighting of the grape variety improved the appearance of the labels. “The new bottle design makes it easy for the consumer to immediately identify all relevant information. SOLUTIONS succeeded in enabling customers to quickly get a sense of orientation at the wine shelves”, says Tanja Rosenthal, Group Product Manager at Rotkäppchen-Mumm Sektkellerein GmbH.

This is not the first time that SOLUTIONS has worked for the company: The Hamburg agency was responsible for the design re-launch of the Geldermann range of products, strengthening the main brands in the wine and sparkling wine segment.
